Olá! can anyone give me good suggestions on websites or apps to learn European Portuguese?
I've made a list of links that might interest you here.
If you want to check your progress via exercises, you can also download these PDFs from a Portuguese cybercourse (the course itself requires a fee, but the PDFs are free to use can give you an idea of what your level in the European Framework for Languages is at the moment).
That same page also gives you different language exercises adjusted per grade (these exercises are used in classrooms too) and language level. You can find them here
Great list Luís, maybe it's time to make a sticky post with all that info since the question is so frequent on the forum ;)
I'm sort of aggregating new links and referring to other discussions as I go, but that's actually a great idea, Vítor, thanks :)
I'll try working on that next week :D
I just posted about this website, I think it's right what you're looking for https://bliubliu.com, it makes you go through short texts where you can point out the words you know or you don't.
For a simpler exercise to gain some new vocabulary there's https://babadum.com/ that's very simple and relaxing to use, it's like a game of finding the right word for the image or vice-versa.
Both work in European Portuguese among other language possibilities.
