He says "ŝlosis" in the audio file, but the sentence says "ŝlosos". I reported it. Hope it get's somehow corrected.
I agree with you, André. The word definitely sounded like "ŝlosis" to me.
You're correct.... two years later. If the sentence was removed from the course, we wouldn't know it here though.
Why would a father of a student lock a door at a school? Is this father as a religious title?
cxar certes malbonuloj venos
So why does "Understandably" get used to mean "of course"?
Demando: Kial "lernejo" ne prenas akuzativa formo?
Dankon :)
Ĉar ĝi ne estas la rekta objekto (la celo) de la agado. La pordo estas la celo. Post "de" oni neniam uzas la akuzativon.
Ho, nun mi vidas ĝin. Dankon!

Kion vi pensas?
Mi dirus "mi komprenas" ĉar "I see" sonas idioma.
why is “the door of the school” a wrong answer to “la pardon of the school”?
It's not wrong. It's a little clunky in casual English, but it is accurate.
"Understandably, the father will lock the door of the school." was accepted as correct for me.
Of cooooooourse he will.
