The deadline for submissions is Sunday, August 23rd, 2015 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, August 26th. To be eligible for this contest, you must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident over the age of 21. You must teach at least one class with at least 10 students in it. Read all the rules here.

    Too bad it's only for US school.


    A US only contest for an app developed in Switzerland where I live ....? How is that? :-)


    One of the founders is Swiss, but the company is based out of Pittsburgh in the US.


    Just trying to help people vote and running into some issues.

    When people vote, must they be signed in to Facebook? To Duolingo? Is there any way to vote without have these accounts?
