The translation should be "How many kilometers does he ride by bike" (or bicycle). An English speaker would never say "...does he run a cycle".

i think it is about a runway (or similar), a cycle = a lap :)

Can we get an answer on the meaning? Is this a bicycle, in which case the translation is nonsense, or is it some kind of running cycle--How many kilometers does he run in a day's exercise? In any event, the translation given is not comprehensible English.
