Technical Glitch Report

First of all, I would like to thank the Duolingo team, for coming up with such an incredible product. I have been using it since January 2015 now, and my experience has been amazing ! Great content, UI, support , teaching methodology, basically everything!

However, there has been a technical glitch in my case, I had completed yesterday- 19.8.15 i had met my daily goal, and also in the app, it showed that I was on my 99 day streak, with streak freeze equipped. Suddenly it was all reset to 1 day streak !! I request the Duolingo team to look into the matter, as it appears to be a tech. glitch. It is highly demoralizing for anyone to be so close to a 100 day streak and then losing it all. Please reply asap.

Also, I apologize for posting a glitch report here, as I didn't know any place else top do this, so guys please bear with me :)

Sorry to hear about your streak, I can see how that would be demoralising. I'm glad you've been enjoying the course though. :)

This thread belongs in the Troubleshooting forum, where you're more likely to get the help you need. Alternatively, you can try contacting bchan directly about reinstating your streak.
