Can this sentence mean both "they are unable to do that" and "they are not allowed to do that"?
In this sentence, the former is more right. I would translate "They are not allowed to do that" to "De får ikke lov til å gjøre det".
'They cannot do this' <-- this answer why wrong?
'this' = 'dette/denne'
'it/that' = 'det/den'
