Im confused..:-)

"Lo" means "it" with a masculine gender

"Este" means "This" with a masculine gender

"Ese" means "That" with a masculine gender

for "I do it", it should be "(Yo) Lo hago"

for "I do this", it should be "(Yo) Hago este"

for "I do that", it should be "(Yo) Hago ese"

for "I am doing it", it should be "(Yo) Lo estoy haciendo"

for "I am doing this", it should be "(Yo) Estoy haciendo este"

for "I am doing that", it should be "(Yo) Estoy haciendo ese"

Yo can say estoy haciéndolo, but I don't think hágolo works. You could say it, and Spanish speaker will most likely understand, but it doesn't seem right to me. You might want to look it up, but usually if it's just one verb in the normal conjugations (present, preterite, and one word future), you put it in front.
