What is going on with the Portuguese audio?

I know other discussions have mentioned this, but there are many Portuguese examples that have no audio at all. It seems like this has been an ongoing problem for a while and it's unfairly costing hearts left and right. Has anyone heard from staff about this? Is this being worked on?
