I think a few volunteer beta users (maybe people who applied as mods but didn't quite get in) should be able to access it and report mistakes right away. Kinda like a pre-beta beta. :)

You could always end up taking the test to unlock up to everythnig you already know, or test out of a section that you think you already know.
