Perhaps this is a difference between different forms of English but in England, certainly, we say 'roast pork', 'roast beef ' [not 'roasted']. So it would be good to see 'roast' accepted as an alternative answer. I don't believe I have ever heard 'roast' (nor 'roasted') applied to fish. And I agree with others that 'grilled' (alla griglia) is not the same thing.

How would you say "the fish roast"? l'arrosto di pesce? because I wrote "I eat the fish roast" and it was wrong.
