I think "transport " is correct in British English. " Transportation " is an Americanism.

It's still marking "transport" as wrong - and only giving "transportation" as possible answers.

"transportation" has a different meaning in British English - it's the act of transporting something, rather than the method of transport (as in "some items were damaged during transportation").
