Timed practice

Timed practice is cool, and it is definitely worth it to get mad points. However, it seems to me that two things do not make sense: Firstly, why does a normal practice without mistakes net you a lingot, and a timed practice, which is harder, net you none? Not just do you have to get everything correct, but you have to do it all racing the clock. If you do all of it correctly, I say you deserve a lingot; secondly, shouldn't there be a reward for the seconds on the clock when you finish? I mean, there is a difference between finishing with 5 seconds, or a whole minute. I think a point for every ten seconds might make sense, or perhaps rewarding people who finish with more than 30, 45 and 60 seconds
