Swedish strength bars always full

No matter how long ago I finished a skill, the bars are always full -Does this happen to everyone else? I did a search and found people with similar problems but not exactly the same... is there anything I can do?

I have to leave my Swedish for a good five days now before anything happens. If I strengthen every day, they always stay full. The more you strengthen, the longer they stay golden.

Maybe try another language now? Leave Swedish for a couple of days and come back to it?

Oh, I see... i do strenghten every day, usually -the thing is I'd rather do that than advance too quickly through the tree -maybe I'll consider starting another language then... thanks for the info!

Yes, in a couple other languages after going through several months of advancing only after perfects scores, incl. on the timed exercises, I didn't see things start to change from gold for about three months!

I just started and I have been strengthening every other day but I have had the skill bars fall. No more than one but I think they fall faster if you make more mistakes during the original lesson. That way it forces you to practice more.
