Why is "no in Ankara there are no thieves" considered incorrect here?

We were a little wary of added things with abnormal word order in English (to teach people that there is no strange word orders in the Turkish sentences), but to me this actually sounds more ok than what we have as the best answer. Adding it now :) Please report in the future.

Because it hasn't been added as an alternative yet - developers didn't think of it while including the list of acceptable translations of this sentence.

Report it so that it can be added - I think your translation is fine.
