Hi

I'm a currently doing the dutch duolingo course, but I need some help. I volunteer with a group of 8 to 10 year olds and said I would run a session on dutch. I was thinking of teaching them some basic phrases that they could use in the Netherlands, like introducing themselves, how to get a place, ask what something means in english, that sort of thing.

I don't really know what phrases would be useful (never really spoken a foreign language in it's home country) or if I could even translate them properly, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I would teach them basic stuff like: Hello, Goodbye, How are you, What's your name, etc. Day to day phrases that you might say to random strangers/new friends
