Is this a typical pronunciation of fógra?

I'm guessing this relates to posting a 'status' (fógra) on a facebook wall?

Or a declaration of independence, or an information notice at work, etc.

When you use "place" as a synonym for "put" in English, you can use cuir in Irish.
