Is this the correct form or something? I ask, since I learnt “görüşürüz” means ”See you later!” & I've used it with my Turkish friends at school many times & they didn't so-much-as bat-an-eye…; I am confused.

If you're being literal, "We see each other later" (görmek is "to see").

"We will see each other later" would also work since the aorist is also used for future intentions, I think.

Nope :) "sonar" is not "sonra" for one and "sonra" must come before here :)
