When I report someone for abuse in immersion, it has twice now reported two users. I've only reported two users. After it happened the first time and I accidentally noticed it, I checked this time and sure enough, it had happened again.

This time, the user directly above the person I was reporting was unintentionally reported as well.

I don't recall the position of the user unintentionally report from the first time. It was either directly above or below the person I intended to report.

I'm sending this to support. But, if you report someone, please check to make sure you haven't unintentionally reported another user at the same time.

Thanks for reporting this. What happens is that whenever you click one of the "Report abuse" links in the revision history, whoever did the last edit is also unintentionally reported. We'll fix this soon.

Fortunately we don't take any automatic action based on these, so the unintentional reports didn't hurt anyone.

That is good because I have never intentionally reported anyone for anything but sometimes when I am looking at a sentence translation I see a message "you have reported this translator for abuse undo?" I always click the "undo" link but wonder what may have happened in the mean time.

Mstreeter, I would like to ask you whether that issue is now resolved. Because I have the same problem: It seems a person I use to collaborate with is now marked as "reported" by me. I want to undo the "report as abuse" but Duo is not accepting my will. I have sent a message to Duolingo support, but still no answer.

Hi AnaLago5, there are a lot of reports to process and a very small staff to do so. You won't always get a response after staff resolves an issue. As for the person you collaborated with, don't worry. Staff investigates each claim. So, if they don't find anything amiss, no action will be taken against that Duolingoer. So, everything should be fine. :)
