Is "Tweede Kamer" not equivalent to "Senate", the upper house of a bicameral legislature?

So "de Tweede Kamer" is equivalent to Australian lower house/House of Representatives?

EDIT Don't worry, stupid question. I translated this as "second room" and didn't bother to look at the definition, which kindly points it out for me.
