"I have the world's cutest dog!"
Translation:Jeg har verdens søteste hund!
I have one doubt regarding this sentence's grammar. Let's take some points from the tips & notes section:
Hunden er søtest. (no -e at the end);
Den søtestE hundEN (-e at the end).
Why then, is there in this sentence "søtestE hund" and not "søtestE hundEN"? I mean, this is THE dog, after all.
'verdens' is a determiner here.
Note that for it would for instance be "min søteste hund", so the -en suffix would only be present if the determiner were a demonstrative. (den/det/denne... )
