Why are the questions not written in Cyrillic?

Why are all of the statements on the left side written like this: "Éta zhenshchina uzhe v parke" .. The Cyrllic alphabet is very easy to memorize and also quite phonetically understandable for the most part. Statements like this should be written as "Эта женщина уже в парке". Just my two cents. Cheers!

You can change the alphabet by clicking the button in the top left corner of each lesson

Yea, like grey236 has said below, you need to click the icon within lesson on the top left. Then you will see beautiful cyrillic and it will hide the horrible romanisation.

For what it's worth, I knew Duolingo had implemented the weird latinisation thing in Ukrainian, and I still couldn't get the silly thing to switch for Russian!
