I understand the stress in this sentence, but i read in another comment from one of the advisers that modifiers come before the thing they modify. Is this case an exception? (The structure is different from "yine ben" and the rest)

"bile" is a postposition, not a modifier. Postpositions (as the name implies) come "after" their objects.

is bile and de interchangeable; like "Evet, sen bile" and "Evet, sen de"?

In English, "you too" and "even you" are not the same thing. "Even" implies that it is something unusual.

Does this makes sense? "Ben bile bunu biliyorum" as in "Even I know this"? :)
