Wouldn't "утро тебе нравится?" be a better translation?
This looks like you ask about a specific morning. "Ты любишь утро?" Is about morning time in general.
More like "Do you like namely the morning (not the evening, not the night, not the day)?"
Ты or вы. I can't get when to use one or the other.
