That was the answer I gave and it was accepted.
This sounds more american than anything else, certainly not British.
American say stuff like "alright already", they like put already on the end to signify impatience.
Why is it spelled кажется and not кажеця?
"ся" is the reflexive suffix. Also, there is actually a phonetic difference between "тс" and "ц". It's a subtle and relatively unimportant distinction, but "тс" is just a bit longer.
