click on the little flag symbol at the top next to your profile picture and click add new course. Although there may not be many available depending on what language you are learning from!

From looking at your profile I guess you learn from Spanish - so you can choose French, German, Italian and Portuguese at the moment!

There's a little flag by your name. Hover over it and a menu will drop down. Click 'add new course' and it'll show you some new courses. You may have to change the base language.
