Could you help me ?

I need to translate all of these. But I don't know Bokmål. If you can help me I will be glad :)

Norway is a country in the north of Europe. It is the western part of the Scandinavian peninsula. The mainland of Norway is surrounded by a coast on the west side and borders Russia, Finland,and Sweden to the east. The coast touches the Oslofjord, Skagerrak, and the North Sea. About 5 million people live in Norway. The capital, is the city of Oslo Norwegian is the national language. There are two official written versions of Norwegian called Bokmål and Nynorsk. İn Norway people generally eating fish ,especially salmon.But today I made a cookie called‚‘‘kringla‘‘. It’s a traditional cookie for sweden,norway, Denmark.


1/2 cup butter 2 cups sour cream 3 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups organic sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp baking powder 3 egg yolks 1 tsp. vanilla Method:

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients, set aside. In a mixer, cream the butter and sugar. Mix in the sour cream and egg yolks. A tablespoon at a time, add the dry ingredients until it's all incorporated. Cover, and refrigerate the dough overnight. Once chilled overnight Break off a piece of dough to roll into a rope about 14” long and form into figure eight shapes. Bake @ 400F for 5 min.
