Can I say "Что у твоего мужа есть"?

You can say it that way in a conversation for some purpose. In any case a native speaker will understand you all right but technically it's not the right order of the words in the sentence. So, you better won't-))

Почему "что" а не "как"?

Is the word order in <<У твоего мужа что есть?>> not workable?

Do you really need есть in this sentence? It feels more correct to me to simply say: "Что у твоего мужа."

Phrase "Что у твоего мужа" = "Как дела у твоего мужа" (How is your husband) or "Что случилось с твоим мужем" (What happened with your husband).

Doesn't the original sentence have this connotation too ? With such a construction , "what is in possession of your husband " is the only meaning ?
