drinking from - drinking of, isn't that the same? Just like you can say af/fra et vinglas på dansk..

You can't "drink of" a container in English. At least it's not something I've ever heard and can't find any evidence of it existing online.

Would using "fra" instead of "af" work in danish? In english "of" would be incorrect, but "from" would be correct.
