I would think "No exit" would work as a translation if you're thinking of the context of a sign.
Or the title of the famous novel by Sartre.

I understand that "there's no exit" can also mean "there's no way out" but isn't there a better way to say "no way out" other than "No exits"?
I'm assuming this is another Russian idiom just sprung on us without warning? I assumed it meant NO EXIT as on a sign.
