Hello,

I’ve discovered Duolingo quite recently (less than two months ago) and it’s amazing. As languages do fade away from your brain if you don’t use them (personal experience hereunder if anyone's interested), thank you all for helping us to learn and to maintain what we’ve learned.

Years ago, I lived for a few months in Sweden (Erasmus program). Everything was in English but, as a guest there, I took evening classes and got a (very) basic knowledge of Swedish. Barley enough to chitchat while grocery shopping but still very nice to do (and - I think - appreciated). A few years later, having done nothing to keep it up, it was all gone. I really mean all gone (all but three words (true story): Jag älskar dig).

So, thank you :-) ... and back to the lessons so it doesn't happen again.

Looks like you're well on your way to picking up what you've lost in Swedish, and are making considerable gains in other languages too! Here's to many more months of language learning ahead of you! =)
