Multi-Account Problem

I let one of my friends use Duolingo on my computer, but they didn't create an account and didn't want their progress saved. However, when they finished, I tried to click the sign in button on the drop down, but nothing happened. It also does it when I click create a profile. I even tried clicking it in other parts of the website, like the home screen, discussions, etc., but it wouldn't work. I think my AdBlock might be affecting it, but I'm not sure. I am on my normal account right now, but I am using a different browser that is a pain to use Duolingo in. I was using Safari on a Mac Mini, if that helps. Is there a way I can get back on my account using Safari without deleting the app itself and/or deleting all cookies, because that's the only option it has.

Have you tried logging out first? Your friend may have created account and it is still logged into that account.

Nope. It shows the default profile picture, and I tried completing a topic in the Spanish tree, and it said I needed to create an account to save my progress. It also says "Create an Account" as well as "Log In" in the drop down bar.

Did you login to your own account? If that fails try resetting cookies etc in your browser.
