Is there a much of a difference between Jakken og frakken?... Is frakken more formal of attire as the name implies?

'en/ei jakke' = 'a jacket'

'en frakk' = 'a coat'

Lommer would be the pockets (like in jackets, pants etc) and knapper are the buttons. Two different things.
