Which is better?

Which is better, strength bars, (what we have now) or the lesson numbers and the hearts?

I like the strength bars, but REALLY what I'd like would be a numeric strength indicator, from 0% to 100% that shows the rate of degradation so I can see what's about to lose gilding and preemptively strengthen if I'm available in that moment (because we know the Strengthen Skills button won't necessarily actually go after the weakest words on your list and neither do the flash cards if they're even available in the language you're working on).

If I had a free thirty minutes or something and wanted to work on my stuff, if I had an indicator like that I could pinpoint and practice, rather than looking at a fully gilded tree without knowing where to focus attention and coming back a couple hours later to several skills with a bar down.

(Yes, I know there's a user script that does this and I use it but it doesn't coincide with my tree so far as I can tell - I have one skill the user script is telling me is at 56% but it's gilded while a skill it's saying is at 99.1% just lost gold a few minutes ago so apparently that script isn't all that accurate.)

Strength bar. Nothing makes you want to quit more than when you work hard and get to the end just to lose your last heart

I like the strength bars better, even though I find one fault with the system. Some of the lessons are now considerably shorter than before. Before, I used to have 15 (or 18?) questions in a level. Now, some levels are as short as 7 questions and I find that highly insufficient to help me trully learn even a lesson with less content.

I don't like none of them. Some mechanism can't "say" how fast will I forget something. It would be cool if possible to disable the decreasing bar.
