I've attempted (and mostly failed) to translate the lyrics of a song, can I get some help?

This song was probably a bad choice for a beginner like me, especially since it seems to have some Persian words, but here are the lyrics and here's my attempt at translating them:

Hop-pa, go OKSVA
Blast the cork of the champagne
OKSVA, who is with you, is a brother
He knows it, bother, it hurts the soul!
Chorus:
Fill the glass, let's have a smoke break
We are together until we die, together and thank you.
And thank you, thank you, you're my brother, kid
And thank you, thank you, and don't be hasty
And thank you, thank you, and хобас and джурасти
And thank you, well, though the grass doesn't grow there.
And thank you, thank you, you're my brother, kid
And thank you, thank you, but also Afghans and Chechens.
And thank you, well, though the grass doesn't grow there.
And thank you, well, though the grass doesn't grow there.
all at once
Hop-pa, go OKSVA
Fly grandma, like a tracer.
Hop-pa, nothing like(?) OKSVA
The war drives us forever, brother

there are some mistakes, for example the last phrase is not coorect. But! what i'd like to say. You are right, it is a bad choice because you are beginner and the lyrics is... ummm bad. I read it in russian and don't have total understanding of the song. Some turckish words are added.

I second that. I do not have any idea what is the meaning of this song. My reaction after reading the lyrics is pure "WAT?!"

Ok, I googled "ОКСВА", so the meaning in general is clear now, but the words "бача", "ташакур", "хобас" и "джурасти" are not Russian.

In case you are interested, I found out that those words are in Dari and in that order they mean boy, thank you, I am well and how are you.

How would you translate the last line? Also, are хобас and джурасти Turkic words as well?
