"The man reads them his book."
अनुवाद:आदमी उन्हें अपनी किताब पढ़कर सुनाता है।
The same. Only the context can clarify whether the book is of the man who is reading the book or it is of somebody else. But, in Hindi, उसकी most probably refers to some person other than the man who is reading the book. हिन्दी अनुवाद में 'उसकी' शब्द, उस आदमी (जोकि पुस्तक पढ़ रहा है) के अलावा किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को लक्षित करता है।
I hope it is clear now :)
Wish you a happy new year 2016, Rohit :)
As I already stated in my first reply. In Hindi, the meaning is always clear with these two different words: अपनी and उसकी, and context is not needed. However, in English you know only from the context which person his is refering to. And since, the context is not clear here, both translations, one with the word अपनी and the other with the word उसकी should be accepted here :)
