You can get a userscript called DuoTweak.

Search it from the list of userscripts here : http://duolingo.wikia.com/wiki/Duolingo_Userscripts

You need a program like Tampermonkey (which works for Chrome and Opera, there is another one for Firefox I think) , then download it and you should have a wordlist on any DL language you want (note that it might not be perfect though)

The only way I know to get it from duo is the following: https://www.duolingo.com/comment/11499802.

As you are studying only Russian, it's maybe not suitable for you.

I didn't understand where you can "Words" on the menu list. I don't have a menu list or a word button.

For this method you need to subscribe to one of the old duo-courses, as english-spanish. These courses have a Words-tab in the menu bar (Home Activity Discussion Words ...). Additionally you must be able to open two duo-courses at the same time.

There are two courses on Memrise (www.memrise.com) that are based on the Duolingo Russian courses. On the same site there is also another course giving 10,000 Russian words in order of frequency of use.

wow! Thank you, this is a very good solution. I was doing copy & Paste each there was word that I wanted to keep to practice for later, without redoing the entire lesson. If anyone is interested I can send them the list I have put in ms word from duolingo.
