Audio Problems

The audio is not working for any of my courses. If I'm translating something, the audio doesn't work. It only works if I hit the speaker button. That's getting annoying. Hope this gets changed soon.

Are you able to record your voice and hear it playback, but not have the program grade you?

I disabled my microphone

I am able to record, but every time it is either saying that "I can't hear you" or "May be you are wrong."
What to do ? Any ideas ?

This problem is for all of my audio. Not just the microphone. It's in every task that involves sound.
