Hi! I am just learning German and took my first quiz today.
Can anyone tell me how the scoring on the quizzes works? Also, I would really like to see which ones I got right and which ones I got wrong. Not sure if there is a way to see that or not.

Thanks for any responses any of you can provide. :)

Hi!

If you're talking about the progress quiz, it tests you on the entire tree (the big list of skill sets on your Home page is the "tree" - once upon a time it looked like a tree. It no longer does, but the name has stuck with us). So you will see familiar questions and also questions about things you've not yet been taught. That freaks a lot of people out.

Your score will be 1.3 out of 5, or 2.8 out of 5, or whatever. 5 is the best you can get.

Many people like to take a progress quiz every month, or every checkpoint, to see how they are progressing.

Unfortunately, there is no way to see what you got right and what you missed. This is by design, to prevent us from accidentally learning the progress quiz answers and doing well on the quiz when we don't truly understand the content.
