See you later

I can't get the difference between a couple of French frases from lesson 3 in the first Common Phrases section. They are:

  • à plus
  • à bientôt
  • à plus tard

They all seem to mean "see you later", but what's the difference?

PS. There's also "à demain", but from what I got it means specifically "see you tomorrow", right?
