Progress Not Saved

I have some students who report that after they complete lessons their progress is not recorded or saved. This is proving frustrating for them. They are using the iPad app. Any help in resolving this would be appreciated.

That's too bad! Are the student's clicking all the way through the "fanfare" part before exiting, or are they quitting as soon as the last lesson is completed?

Also, while it sounds obvious, check to make sure that they are logged in to their account. YOu may also want to look at your teacher dashboard, to see if the lessons are registering on your end.

With the apps you are able to continue studying even if the internet signal is lost. However it is necessary to re-connect in order for progress to be synchronised. When I use the app to study, I always go to the home web page and refresh it to check my progress has been recognised.

Not true - I use app abroad a lot, signal gets lost, the app reconnects and I'm suddenly missing five levels, because it downloads the previous progress while it failed to upload the done levels.
