It is grammatically ok, but a native polish speaker would typically put "zupełnie" at the beginning. It is a kind of a standard phrase (zupełnie tego nie pamiętam). Exception would be when the speaker would like to put emphasis on word "zupełnie" or in case of an afterthought. However in such case you would hear a difference in intonation.
