HelloTalk is really helpful. It's an app where you talk to people from the country or countries that speak the language you are studying natively. Not only that, but they want to learn the language you speak also. They usually are very helpful and since you're learning English, you'll find a lot of help from the US, UK, Australia, etc. Hope this helps.

I find Verbling to be a great place to practice with native (and non-native) speakers.

You will need a Google Hangout account if you don't already have one.
There are chat "rooms" for all kinds of languages, at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
You just find a chat room with an open space and click to join. You can disable the video if you like, and you can speak and type. You never know what kind of people you will meet, or what will be discussed. It's very fun. You can even just listen if you like.

http://www.conversationexchange.com is a good place to find a partner that you can write to or video chat with via Skype, Google Hangouts, etc.

Your English is excellent!
