"We are drinking the tea and they are eating the chicken."
Translation:Vi drikker teen og de spiser kyllingen.
Can somebody tell me what the difference between eten and spiser is? Is one more formal than the other?
From what I learned, not much. More casual, less formal, from what I gathered. Eating among friends and family perhaps.
"Et, drikk og vær glad!" -"Eat, drink, and be merry!"
Perhaps I am wrong, just how I understood it's feeling.
