"Μα" is mostly used to put emphasis, e.g: "Κανένας δεν γνωρίζει την απάντηση, μα κανένας" (it emphasizes "κανένας").

The other two are synonyms and they are used in a similar way. For example : "Ρώτησα παντού, αλλά κανένας δεν γνωρίζει"

or "Ρώτησα παντού, κανένας όμως δεν γνωρίζει"

or "Ρώτησα παντού, όμως κανένας δεν γνωρίζει"

or you might notice this kind of syntax "Ρώτησα παντού. Κανένας δεν γνωρίζει όμως"

The biggest difference between these two is that "αλλά" (as a conjuction) can only be used at the beginning of a sentence. In this case it can only be put after " παντού" and before "κανένας".
