When you speak Polish (I'm a native speaker) there's not much difference. it's mostly what sounds better
I may not have read the posts, but what is the difference between "za nudno" and "zbyt nudno"?
'Za' can always be replaced with 'zbyt', but you can't always replace 'zbyt' with 'za'. When in doubt, it's safer to use 'zbyt'.

Yes, but this sounds like an answer to some question. It's not that neutral.
The emphasis on 'here' doesn't seem natural.
Basically, don't put tu/tutaj at the end of the sentence unless it's really "blablablabla HERE".
(and if you really have to, at least use "tutaj")

End of the sentence, usually. Also 'ciebie' is indeed emphatic compared to 'cię'.
