"Missing" tabs in Esperanto course

Why aren't there "immersion" and "words" tabs in Esperanto? I've seen they do exist in German, for example. Is it just because it's a new course and nobody has bothered yet (no meaning to condemn anyone) to create them, or is there some problem or something with creating them?

To complete Mord3Kay's answer: Duo has stopped the development of the Immersion section since October 2014. Thus any course that didn't had that at that time still doesn't have it and will never have it(*). See here for more details.

(*) Except, of course, if Duo changes is mind about it. But given that there is an A/B test running to see if not having Immersion section (for courses for which it exists, of course) has a bad effect, in average, on users' experience (based on Duo's own metrics), I wouldn't bet on a change of mind...
