Russian tv comedy? Children's tv programming?
*Are there any good russian comedic tv series that I can find on youtube?
I'm not a drama/soap opera person and I'm tired of detective/police shows, but if they have some humor in them, i'll take what I can get.
*Also do you know of any good russian children's programming?
I like to start with children's stuff because it's usually simpler and teaching at the same time. I'll take teenager shows too as long as it's comedy.
*One last thing, are there any live russian tv station feeds on youtube? I know China has some that I was able to find and i was wondering if Russia has any.
But the characters do not say anything except for occasional remarks. I would recommend "Смешарики" instead. It is fun not only for kids, but for adults too. The vocabulary ranges from very easy to quite a sophisticated one.
LOVE Masha and the bear! Also, check out "Кухня". It's a more adult sitcom about the antics that take place in an ultra fancy French restaurant in Moscow. Fantastic characters, funny stories, etc. There are no subtitles, but you get to hear real discussions, and often there are many cognates and situations that you can still pretty well follow what's going on. Enjoy!
Oh, also, if you like cartoons, you can check out "Чебурашка" and "Винни пух". You can find both with English subtitles. Lots of fun!
Thanks I feel like I've seen pictures of the characters before. I think probably while searching for other languages since most popular cartoons get translated into other languages. (Peppa Pig is great). I feel like I saw this looking for Chinese children's programming.
I'm not sure this is exactly what you're looking for, but perhaps you would find this cartoon and some of the others linked from this thread or mentioned in the comments interesting. https://www.duolingo.com/comment/11527052
Shamelessly self-advertising again :-) But there are some other cartoons mentioned which I didn't discover myself.
"Счастливы вместе" = "Married ... with Children"
"Воронины" = "Everybody loves Raymond"
Thanks. These shows are not really my style though. Are they funnier than the American version?
