Interesting. I'm not sure I would say in English that somebody feels fear. I think I would say he experiences it or use more direct language, as in, 'he has no fear' or attributive language, such as 'he is not afraid'. Then again, it may just be my perception or idiomatic usage. I suppose if you can feel happiness you can feel fear.
