Tips on keeping up your Daily Streak?
Does anyone else find it hard to keep up their daily streak? I know I do. I thought that this post could help other learners like me. So, if anyone has or would like any tips on keeping up your Daily Streak, please feel free to comment below.
Thanks and a Happy New Year to you all,
I try to do at least one strengthening session at breakfast. It has become a habit to do it when I start on my second cup of coffee.
If that is not feasable for you, try to "bind" your practice to something else that you do every day. And don't wait until the evening!
Impressive breakfast streak! I couldn't say that I have eaten breakfast everyday for the last week, much less for over two-years.
Desayuno! La comida mas importante del dia.
Well, the lowest streak goal you can set is 1XP, so you could earn 1XP in timed practice and then you would keep your streak going.
I hope this helps:)
I try to do it make room every day to do duoligo I also bought the streak freeze just in case. if I barely have time I just strengthen one course or finish I course Thanks for asking by the way! hope this helps!
My goal is set at 10XP. I tend to wake early in the morning. The first thing I do is to put on my spectacles and look at my phone. Unless I have an early appointment I will then do one lesson, which takes about ten minutes. I have set my notifications so that I get an email if I haven't practised by 6 p.m. I haven't needed this yet. I quite often do a lesson while I'm having a coffee.
As everyone else has said, make Duolingo incidental to your daily routine. I review previous lessons by strengthening them while I have my breakfast each morning. By the time I'm done I've reached my daily streak (50XP) and don't have the pressure of having to learn something new each day. Also, set your daily streak low if you're struggling to meet it; it's better to start with a small goal that you can easily meet (and exceed!) each day rather than a target you consistently fail to hit and which becomes a chore.
