Routledge grammars are usually quite good: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Dutch-Essential-Grammar-Routledge-Grammars/dp/041511277X/ref=sr_1_4?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1453745849&sr=1-4&keywords=routledge+dutch

If you want to go all the way you'll need the ultimate standard work on Dutch: the ANS ("Algemene Nederlandse Spraakkunst" = The general art of Dutch speech [red.] - however, it is written in Dutch, so it is probably too much for you at this stage. Still: http://www.bol.com/nl/p/algemene-nederlandse-spraakkunst/1001004005214846/?suggestionType=featured_product&suggestedFor=algemene%20n&originalSearchContext=media_all&originalSection=main (I couldn't find it on amazon, so the link is also in Dutch)
